1,000 Gold in HOW long???
Written by Jon.

Time for another preview video for the Massive Warcraft Gold Blueprint. And let me tell you, this one is a killer.

This time around, I’m showing you one of the “bonus” techniques I’m adding to the Blueprint, to make it totally brain-dead guaranteed that you WILL make your 1,000 Gold in record time.

I call it a bonus because it isn’t part of the regular step-by-step process that will bring you a minimum of 1,000 Gold in 30 days. This is over and above.

In fact, all by itself, this technique will earn you 1,000 Gold in less than a week… as long as you are ready to take advantage when the event rolls around on the calendar (it happens for one week each month).

So: it may or may not fit into your own 30-day gold run, depending on when you start.

But whenever you choose to do it, this is a SHOCKINGLY easy way to make a lot of gold in WoW, really fast. But don’t take my word for it: check out the testimonials from
my early preview testers, on the video page.

    Hi Jonathan.

First just let me tell you that i love your Newsletters and videos. Becouse of you WoW is allot more fun to play and i never run out of gold.
My question to you is: You seem to use horde and alliance allot when you are earning gold. What about us that only can play horde or alliance? if i buy the book you are working on will i have as much use for it as one that have both an alliance and horde carackter?

I am still pretty new with WoW so if there is something i have missed about the gold run, then im sorry for the trouble and the neewbie question (and sorry for my bad english)

And as i said earlier, thank you so much for the very nice newsletters and videos. Keep up the good work:) WoW is a great game to play, but with the help from you it have been some awsome months:)

Take care, and looking forward to the next e-mail from you.

Tom to answer your ? you can still do alot on just one side (horde or alliance) the reason for both faction toons is for whats known as “cross faction trading” there are items that are only availible on either the horde or alliance side so you camp a low lvl at the neutral AH to “move” these items from one char to the other to get the items to the other faction side where they are limited supply for CRAZY prices!

    Jonathan,
First let me say Thanks for all the work you do. It is great. The only thing is I can’t see the videos :( I’m sure it has something to do with my system but any help or advice you could give will be great. Thanks again for all you do.

    Hi Jon.

Been stumbling around taking interest in gold making guides and i must say yours has me more than impressed. Even these freebie tips you have shown have opened up a million possibilities, and i look forward to seeing the blueprint in it’s entirety.

    Thanks a heap.

    Daniel.

    Tom -

Great to hear that my system is working so well for you.

About Horde and Alliance trading, Dan is right. I push the cross-faction trading technique hard, because it basically doubles your earning potential. But practically everything I’m teaching works just fine if you need to do it solo and stay within a single faction.

For example, this Darkmoon Faire tip… it doesn’t rely on cross-faction trades at all, and it’s one of the biggest gold earning methods you’ll ever see.

So the Massive Gold Blueprint method WILL work (1,000 Gold in 30 Days), even if you stick to one side or the other. It’s just a lot easier and faster if you can trade across factions. For that reason, I strongly recommend you find a partner with a separate WoW account who you can team up with for trading.

Cross faction trading matters more at an advanced level, where you’re trying to make tens of thousands of gold instead of just 1,000 or 2,000 :)

    Hi Mark -

Sorry you’re having trouble with the videos. The main requirements are:

    1. you need Flash installed and working, this is true with almost every web browser version these days

    2. you need Javascript turned on, since the videos play in a javascript window… some web browsers have this turned off, but you can turn it back on through the Internet options or settings.

Try viewing this video directly at this URL:

    http://tinyurl.com/54dwaw

If this works, then your Flash is fine, and the problem is just Javascript.

It it doesn’t work, then you don’t have an up-to-date version of Flash, and you need to get that installed.

    Hope this helps!

I’m really glad to help. I love showing other players how to make gold easily, since it truly makes World of Warcraft so much more fun to play.

A few more freebies to follow, then the full Blueprint won’t be far behind.

    Mark (and everyone) -

In the full version of the Blueprint, I’m thinking of providing downloads of all the videos, in addition to online viewing. The downloads would probably be Quicktime movies (MOV’s), for high quality and compatability with anyone who has iTunes installed. Online viewing would still be Flash.

    What do you think?

    Hi Jonathan

I think its a great idea. It would be very nice if we had the chanse to download the movies as well:) i dont know about the rest, but i would sure download the movies if i had the chanse.

Btw, thank you Dan, and Jon for the quick reply on my question(s)

Jonathan, Do you still play WoW as a game or are you only playing it to earn money from AH? If so, do you use any other addons than auctioneer? like gatheerer and so on.
If so. Are you going to make movies about other great addons that makes WoW easier to play? Im thinking of addons that change your UI or helpfull addons in the lvling prosess, group, skills and so on..

One more thing, The e-mails you sent to us all before the video e-mails, is this something you might consider putting on your web page as a download, or just for reading?

Once again, thank you for sharing what you have discovered by playing wow:)

Tom - I still “play the game”, meaning raiding and questing and so on. I’ve never been much good at PvP (so far), but I’m starting to work on Arena. My main is in a casual raiding guild, and we’re working on Tempest Keep, Mt Hyjal, and still doing SSC too.

I put in enough time and effort on gold making to be sure I always have more than enough cash to buy anything I need. And I have 7 level 70s to keep equipped :) So I have about 10,000 gold on each faction, on each server I play. If it gets much higher than that, I just ease up until I need some more.

It’s easier to make gold the way I’m showing in the Blueprint, than to do dailies, primal grinding, instance runs etc., which is what most of the other Gold Guides tell you to do.

Plus, you can do my method starting with level 1 characters.

The core add-ons I use (besides Auctioneer) are all the CT Mod/CT Raid series (UI), Atlas series (maps and loot), Gatherer, Deadly Boss Mods (raiding), SWStats (DPS), Omen (threat meter), and a few others specific to different characters/classes. And others I need for Arena play.

I can maybe do some videos for other add-ons, it’s a good idea, but for at least the next couple of months I’m all about making gold.

The Secret Warcraft newsletters, I’m starting to put those online, but with access only for subscribers. I’m also adding videos to illustrate them…. slowly :)

    Hey jon
I have a question for u i play wow with 6 characters all alts but my paladin at 40 i’m barely getting gold enough to get my skills when i play. U have any ideas on what i can do to get more gold to help? I see your guide and i was wondering about what level u need to have a character at to start that. Or should i just work on one level till im level 60 or 70 before starting it.

oh ya i keep having people whisper me to buy gold. dont you get banned for doing that?

    Hi Chris -

You should definitely get on board with my “Massive Gold Blueprint” system… it’s perfect for what you describe. The whole point I’m pushing is that you can set up a gold pipeline using Level 1 characters: they make all the gold you need, and you send the gold to your real characters as needed.

Watch the preview videos here, and you’ll get some good clues. The whole Blueprint will be out in a couple or three weeks.

About getting in-game whispers about gold: yes, that is totally bogus, and you should NOT respond to them. Instead, right-click on their name in the chat window and “Report Spam”. They will be banned.

Repeat: do NOT respond to them. They will steal your account and everything you own in the game.

    Hey Jon.

First of all I think this blueprints is super cool. And at this point I have try some of the parts form the movies and the mails I have recived from you. (Next step it for sure crosstrading).
I have managed to raise my G income. As my main has the netherwing flying mount and I managed to change my main profession and lvl it to 375 skill, by buying mats to raise the lvl. But also paying for mounts to my alts.

But I have a question about the program you are using to record the movies, as I want to record some movies about the raids we do in my guild. What are you using?

    Best regards
    Brian

    Hi Brian -

For these videos, I used Camtasia, software made by Techsmith. It has all kinds of features for editing, production and output, which I need for this format.

If you just want to do straight game-play video, where you don’t need to do narration, adding titles, or editing the results, have a look at FRAPS - it’s the standard software for capturing real time game video, and it’s pretty cheap. If you plan to edit the results from FRAPS, you would need video production software such as Sony Vegas, or Adobe Premier.

If you are using a Mac, you can record using built-in video within World of Warcraft (as easy as doing a screen capture, just hit a hotkey to start recording). Then edit the output using iMovie (cheap… or free with a new Mac).

Just wanted to take the time real quick to thank Jonathan personally for some advice he gave me and help getting set up.(This was not directly realted to the MGB guide) I have gotten a few guides but you will not find a more professional and helpful person around. I had a glitch that was entirelly my fault and he took care of it within minutes. Thanks again Jonathan for taking time to help me even though I know you got to be busy getting the rest of the MGB up and running YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

Hey Robert, that’s great… I’m glad it worked well for you.

This last week, I kept myself logged in at the Faire while I was working on another computer, followed my timing cues, and I was able to grab a *huge* amount of the available goodies. Conservative estimate, I’ll be up 9,000 gold by the time I sell off all the inventory. Crazy, isn’t it?
