Could you not use the link that you can get from websites like WoWhead to fill the command for FreeReFills ??
This would allow you to set your commands ahead of the game, even if the limited supply item is not present.
This will get your automatic buy-off prepared for camped vendors.

I use a much easier program called Steel Your Carbon, which allows you to Drag & Drop, and even puts the icons for what you have in your bag next to the area to drop. I love that program.
