I constantly hear the argument from an Economics point of view….the lower the price for an item, the more it is likely to sell. 10 years ago few people had flat panel TVs because they cost so much. Now the prices are down and many more are sold.
In the real world perhaps, but that’s not the way it works in the WoW auction house. Prices are arbitrary, and buyers pay whatever the lowest price is right now, if they need or want the item. Undercutting by more than a few silver (for high price items) or a few copper (for low price items) is simply wrong.
