Target Sell Price

Until you know how much an item will actually sell for, you really don’t have a pipeline. The purpose of knowing the sell price is sort of obvious, but I’ll state it anyway: you can’t set a buy price, you don’t know how much to pay for stuff in the Auction House that you want to sell for profit, unless you know a realistic selling price.

When you’re getting started with the Blueprint Method and setting up your pipelines, this is really the hardest thing to figure out. It’s something you’re going to have to grapple with and work on trying the techniques I am going to show you in this video. So in this video, I’m actually going to show you several different methods that work in different situations for determining your Target Sell Price. This is a crucial skill. Pay attention, watch this video several times if necessary to get it, and then go out and practice.

Would advise with or against using Undermine Journal to see sales stats without having to wait the full week?
I feel it also lets you know a good buy price based on the past week of auctions.

Lol, sorry I know this is really old but for those of you that want to watch on ur iPhone or IPad and keep it until ur done, just download the full app “files”. Then just come to the video you want and press the handy dandy movie/mobile icon. It will take a few min to download but once it does it will open a page asking if you want to watch on “files” click ok and there you have it. Should work on most. Hope this works out for any on the go time savers out there…
