Lists

This is where you will find the Auctionator shopping lists and cheat sheets to help you in your Auction House enterprise. Just click on the links below to start your downloads. I will be updating the page frequently when new files are made available.

COMPANION PETS

Here is the cheat sheet for companion pets. I’m expecting this market to heat up a lot over the next few months, as anticipation grows for the new Pet Battle system that will arrive with the Mists of Pandaria expansion in 2012. At that time, nearly all companion pets will become tradeable, even after they have been used/learned.

This cheat sheet is extremely detailed. You’ll find a master list, and then more than 10 categories that sort the pets into logical groupings. Some pets have made it into more than one category, but they are all here.

As for the shopping lists, there are 8 of them. They are organized a little differently than the cheat sheet. For instance, the vendor pets are divided as common Horde or Alliance pets, or as exotic (those that are available from Dealer Rashaad or Breanni). The idea is to group them to be useful while browsing the auction house (pets within each shopping list have similar trading characteristics).

The shopping lists currently include only the pets that can be bought and sold pre-MoP.

GLYPHS

The Glyphs by Ink Type zip file updated from the original posting to break down to the two longer lists into equal parts that are within the list size requirements for Auctionator – Ethereal Ink is now in two parts and Ink of the Sea is in three parts.

The Glyphs Master List uses advanced search syntax for a more concise list that searches for glyphs by class.

HERBS

The Herbs by Tier cheat sheet was updated to reflect the name changes of a few herbs after the Cataclysm release. Also of note, the shopping lists for herbs include the pigments and inks created by those herbs – you never know when someone might be dumping their supply cheap!

ENCHANTING MATS

The Enchanting Materials by Era means I’ve broken the list down by what version of WoW the materials were introduced in: Vanilla, BC, Wrath, or Cata. I’ve included all mats from each version, even ones that you may not be trading in, for completeness. The cheat sheet includes a short list of materials (other than the dusts, essences, etc.) that are needed to craft the runed rods. If you want an importable shopping list for the rod materials, let me know and I’ll update the shopping list zip file.

ELEMENTALS

The Elementals lists are broken down in several ways. There is an overall alphabetical list, a set of lists by elemental type (air, water, etc.), a set of lists by game version (or “era”), and there is a general list which uses advanced search syntax (which I’ll be going back to do for the other sets of shopping lists, so watch for updates!). Once again, I’ve put together an A-List of elementals that I’m watching on my current servers; remember, your mileage may vary.

GEMS

There is quite a collection of lists here in the Gems category. They’re broken down by color, by game version, simple, meta, and an advanced search. Unfortunately the advanced search is going to give you the cut gems as well as the raw gems. Using the lists sorted by color or game version will give you just the raw gems. I’ve also included a current A-List of gems. In all, there are 16 different lists for gems.

METALS

The metals category includes lists sorted by bar, by ore, and by game version. Including my A-List, there are six lists for metals.

A-LISTS

Here are all of my current A-Lists in one convenient zip file.
