Working With MGB Videos & Downloads

You can view all of the MGB videos online within the members’ area, and in most cases you can also download copies in various formats to play locally on your computer or mobile device.

Support Desk

If you are having any kind of technical difficulty with your membership, such as problems viewing or downloading the videos and other content, please submit a ticket at the Support Desk. This will ensure the quickest possible response.

Membership Access

If you are unable to log in, the first thing to try is re-setting your password. You can follow the “Lost your password?” link on the log-in page, or go directly to the lost-password page here:

E-Mail Updates

As a Massive Gold Blueprint member in good standing, you should be receiving membership updates, with notices of new content and gold-making tips that are time-sensitive, at least once per week. If you are not receiving these updates, please make sure that you have “white-listed” my e-mail addresses:

Also check the “Subscription” setting on your “Membership Details” page (a link to this profile page is at the upper right of most pages throughout this site). You can control your own e-mail setting by turning the subscription on or off.
